I started doing the same thing a good while back when it came to praying. When I say I am going to pray, I stop RIGHT THEN and pray. Your right, it is a good habit. Your poor Joseph has been through soo much. Praying the Lord heals him quickly and he makes a dramatic turn for the better soon.
